This sign was put up in Wales (and later taken down). From the BBC website: "When officials asked for the Welsh translation of a road sign, they thought the reply was what they needed." What they got was an autoresponse to their email, in Welsh: "I am not in the office at the moment. Send any work to be translated". So that's what the sign says under the English.
