I don't know why I get so juiced up when a politician comes by and makes promises. Maybe it's left over from my younger self who felt so PASSIONATELY about INJUSTICE, and the older self who would still like to see more fairness. Well, in another month this little municipal election will be done for another 4 years and we can all sit back and grumble in our beers about bribery, and shortsightedness, and promises not kept, while the politicians who get re-elected all sit back and feel like they've dodged another bullet.
